The Parish Council of Billington and Langho are responsible for the upkeep and care of the children’s playgrounds in the Parish.
If members of the community see criminal or anti-social behaviour in the playgrounds they are encouraged to notify the Police by phoning 101.
There is one playground of Bushburn Drive, Langho.
And one off Whalley New Road, opposite the Calder Avenue loop, Billington.
