ITEM 1 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
There were apologies for absence from Brian Haworth, John Aspden, Katie Swingewood Michael Collins, Eva McPrice
ITEM 2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
- Register of Interests – Councillors were reminded of the need to update their register of interests.
- No members disclosed any personal or prejudicial interests in any matter to be discussed at the meeting.
ITEM 3 ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING
Minutes of the meeting held on May 2024 were accepted and signed as a true record.
ITEM 4 ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE.
4.1 Brian Haworth was elected as Chair – All in favour.
4.2 Martin Hincks was elected as Vice Chair – all in favour.
4.3 Planning Committee Brian Haworth, Martin Hincks, John Aspden, Katie Swingewood, Michael Collins, Eva McPrice and Steve Farmer.
4.4 Billington Poors Charity – Tony Austin.
4.5 Grant Committee – all members
4.6 Parish Council Liaison – Steve Farmer.
