ITEM 1 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
There were apologies for absence from Dennis Johnson, Michael Collins, Eva McPrice
ITEM 2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
- Register of Interests – Councillors were reminded of the need to update their register of interests.
- Two members disclosed any personal or prejudicial interests in any matter to be discussed at the meeting. Brian Haworth in Ribble Valley Rail and Langho in Bloom. Katie Swingewood in Langho in Bloom.

Minutes of the meeting held on May 2023 were accepted as a true record.
